The certification is sectioned off into incremental building blocks that we call courses. Each course requires the previous course to be completed - no jumping ahead! The information in each course is designed to provide a foundation for the knowledge you will receive from the next course.

You will learn proper installation techniques but only for design purposes - you will not be installing anything. You will be a Backstreet advisory consultant rather than a technician or installer. The most complicated tool you will use is a handheld laser range finder, which will be used to pin point target distances so you can suggest cameras and camera locations. Your tools will be a note pad, a site-survey form, our online designer and custom quoting tools. We'll provide the technicians and installers. In other words, you're on the smart end of the deal.
